This was painted on location at a private cabin along the Platte River in eastern Nebraska. It was a perfect spring day! 75 degrees and a soft gentle breeze. A bald eagle even made an appearance on a log on a sandbar in the river. Capturing the variety of spring greens was both challenging and exhilarating!
